The Dinar Mastercard is your ideal companion and a secure alternative to cash. You can use this card at the world's widest and most diverse merchant networks, including hotels. You can also use it throughout Iraq, at government offices to pay any transaction fees, at shopping malls, shops, restaurants, gas stations, and anywhere else.
• Cash Withdrawal via ATMs: You can withdraw cash from any ATM displaying the Mastercard logo, inside and outside Iraq, or from any authorized Swig cash withdrawal agent.
• Payment via Point of Sale (POS) Devices: You can pay for your purchases while shopping worldwide through POS devices located inside and outside Iraq, in addition to shops, hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and other locations that have POS terminals.
• Purchase and Gifting of Electronic Cards: You can purchase and gift various electronic cards within the Swig app, including cards for games and online shopping.
• Online Shopping: You can shop online by paying for your purchases with your card at any online shopping website or mobile app that accepts Mastercard online payments.
Money Transfer: You can send and receive money quickly and securely between your Switch.Gram cards available within the app.

• Bill Payment: You can pay your bills securely and quickly, directly from the app.
• Purchase e-card top-up: You can purchase various available e-cards within the Switch mobile app, in addition to top-up cards, securely and quickly at competitive prices.
• Security: The Dinar Mastercard is your ideal companion for your daily transactions and travels. It eliminates the need to carry cash and avoids the risks of loss or theft. You can use the card instead of cash easily and securely. In case your card is stolen or lost, you can immediately deactivate and replace it through:
• Switch app: Log in, select the card you want to deactivate, tap "Deactivate Card," and enter the transaction code to confirm.
• Customer Service Center: Call the Customer Service Center at 6060 or +964790410000 and provide them with your information and card details to deactivate it immediately. The Customer Service Center is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• 3D Secure service: Online purchases will be secured with a one-time-use code sent to your mobile phone via text message.
•Card Information
Card Number: This is the primary 16-digit card number, located on the front of the card.
Expiry Date: This is the card's expiry date, also located on the front of the card, below the card number.
CVC: This is the three-digit card identification code, located on the right side of the back of the card.
PIN: This is the code you use at ATMs for cash withdrawals and point-of-sale (POS) payments. This code is for your personal use only and should not be shared or disclosed to the merchant or anyone else.
Electronic Services
Swig App: Through the Swig app, you can quickly and securely check your account balance and view all transactions on your cards directly from your mobile phone. You can also transfer money, pay bills, and top up your phone and internet credit in minutes, anytime, in addition to many other services. You can also find your nearest agent and set transaction limits on your card, adhering to the card's limit and the Central Bank's regulations.
You can download the Swig app for free from the Play Store or App Store and enjoy all the features offered by the electronic account within the app.
Mobile Messages and Notifications Service: You can receive notifications and instant messages via your phone or through the Swig app to keep you informed of all card transactions. Make sure to activate international roaming to receive notifications when traveling.
• Steps to Use Your Card for Online Purchases: When purchasing any product, the website will ask you to enter three essential elements during payment: the card number, expiry date, and security code. Then proceed.
If the site is subscribed to the Secure Code service, you will receive a text message on the site linked to the card containing a one-time use OTP code, which you enter in the designated field to complete the purchase.
Steps for purchasing using a card via POS terminals:
1. Present your card to the merchant at the checkout.
2. The merchant will insert your card and the purchase amount into the payment terminal. The card will remain in the terminal until the transaction is approved.
3. The merchant will ask you to enter your PIN, and the transaction will be approved.
4. The merchant will return your card along with the sales receipt. Keep the receipt so the transaction will appear on your statement.
5. Your purchase is now complete, and the amount will be deducted from your card account.
6. You will receive a text message on your phone with the payment details. You can also view these details and your transaction history using the app.
Simple Steps to Withdraw Cash from an ATM Using Your Card:
Insert your card into the ATM.
You will be asked to enter your PIN.
Enter your PIN and select the withdrawal amount.
Ensure you have withdrawn the cash and retained your card before leaving the ATM.
You will receive a text message on your phone with the transaction details. You can also view your transaction history using the app and the Swig platform.
Topping Up Your Card
You can top up your card at any Swig agent located throughout Iraq.
• Give the agent the amount you wish to top up and provide them with your phone number and the last four digits of your card.
• You will receive a text message confirming the transaction. You can also view all your transactions through the app.
• To dispute any transaction made on your card, please visit a Swig agent or the website and fill out the dispute form.
Important Notice: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly before using the Dinar Mastercard issued by Iraq Electronic Gateway for Financial Services (Switch).
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute the agreement between Iraq Electronic Gateway for Financial Services, operating under the brand Switch ("the Company", "we"), headquartered at Baghdad – Al-Jadriya – University District, and licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq under License No. (4), and you as the cardholder ("you", "cardholder", "client").
You acknowledge that the Dinar Mastercard is a prepaid card owned by the Company ("Dinar Card"). You must keep it safe from loss, theft, or unauthorized use as it represents a personal cash wallet. You confirm that you are the cardholder and the person associated with the card, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions upon purchasing and/or starting to use the card.
1 - Dinar Card Information
1.1 You cannot have more than one activated card.
The Dinar card currency is the Iraqi Dinar. Multi-currency cards are available if offered by the company.
1.2 The Dinar card provides services for purchasing and bill payment at point-of-sale terminals, cash withdrawals (including ATM withdrawals), transfers to and from the card, and top-ups.
2 - Cardholder Information
2.1 You must provide us with personal information, documents, and any other information required to complete the registration and subscription process, including the "Know Your Customer" form. This information must be accurate, correct, and not misleading.
2.2 You irrevocably authorize the Company to disclose and provide the information you provide to regulatory bodies, affiliates, partners, and related parties (including consultants, third parties, and marketing partners).
3. Loss, Theft, Damage, or Misuse
In the event of loss, theft, damage, or misuse of your Dinar card, contact the Company's Customer Service Center immediately. The Center is available 24/7 at +9647904100000. Alternatively, deactivate the card immediately via the Switch app.
4- Responsibility and Corrective Measures
4.1 You acknowledge and understand that your use of your Dinar card must comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq, and that authorized transactions comply with any regulations or instructions issued by the Central Bank of Iraq and Mastercard International, of which you are aware. You also acknowledge that you may not use your Dinar card for any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent transactions, to purchase illegal goods or services, or for transactions that violate public order and morals, or that contravene applicable legislation, including those related to money laundering and terrorist financing, or suspicious transactions, or that harm the trademark of Switch (Iraq Electronic Gateway for Financial Services) or the Mastercard trademark. You agree that the company has the right to monitor transactions made on the Dinar card and take any measures it deems appropriate at its sole and exclusive discretion, in compliance with applicable law and/or the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq and/or Mastercard International. 4.2 We are not responsible for any failure to complete any transaction or any unsuccessful transaction you may undertake if you do not have sufficient funds stored on your Dinar card to complete the transaction, or if the system has malfunctioned or is not operating correctly, or if there are circumstances beyond our control preventing the completion of the transaction, or if the merchant authorizes an amount greater than the purchase amount.
4.3 To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against any loss or damage we may suffer or incur due to any claim, demand, financial obligation, and/or action of any kind brought against us, directly or indirectly, because of: (a) your failure to observe your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or (b) your negligent or fraudulent conduct in respect of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), and will not be limited to these Terms and Conditions, for your failure to observe or perform any of our obligations for any reason whatsoever or for any reason which, with reasonable care, cannot be controlled or prevented by us. These reasons include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of nature, acts or negligence of governments or their agencies, industrial strikes, fires, floods, storms, riots, power outages or failures, or sudden system disruptions due to war or sabotage, and acts or negligence of third parties.
5 - Uses of the Dinar Card
You can use the Dinar card for a wide range of transactions while traveling or locally, including shopping at all merchants that accept Mastercard, paying your bills, making electronic money transfers, paying monthly subscriptions, booking flights, and many other services. This card offers maximum security by providing your personal PIN and reducing the risks associated with card fraud, hacking, and other cybercrimes.
6- Validity
The Dinar card is valid until its printed expiry date, except in cases where the company suspends the card's activation due to its connection to suspicious transactions. In such cases, the company will cancel the Dinar card and freeze its balance without any prior notice to the cardholder. The company will then proceed with any measures it deems appropriate in accordance with the instructions, regulations, and laws of the Central Bank of Iraq and/or Mastercard International.
7- Top-up
Top-up means depositing additional funds onto the card, not exceeding the allowed limit and within the parameters outlined in section 8 below. Top-ups can be performed through the company's authorized agents or by transferring funds from another card.
The company will charge the following fees, which will be deducted from the card balance unless otherwise required:

8.2 The company reserves the right to amend the above fees and specifications from time to time, provided that it publishes these amendments on its website and on the Switch application, and updates them at its agent centers and customer service offices.
9 - Transaction Responsibility
The cardholder is fully responsible for all transactions made on the card, including currency conversion fees or additional charges imposed by the merchant, and transactions resulting from misuse of the card or failure to report its loss or theft.
10 - Cardholder Confidentiality and Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2.2 above, the Company shall maintain the confidentiality of cardholder information and transactions made on the card. However, the Company may disclose any card information or transactions to a third party as it deems appropriate and as necessary to complete transactions, utilize the third party's services, pursue legal claims, comply with legal orders or judgments, or comply with instructions from the Central Bank of Iraq or Mastercard International in cases where notification or other requirements are required.
11 - Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 All provisions and/or paragraphs contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be separate and independent from one another. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, terms, or paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 The Company may assign or transfer any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party at its sole discretion. Appropriate
12 - Dispute Resolution Responsibility and Applicable Law
If you dispute any transaction made on your Dinar card, please contact the Customer Service Center directly or visit any of the company's agents within the timeframe specified by applicable laws or regulations from the date of the transaction. The company is responsible for processing disputed transactions in compliance with the laws and instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq and Mastercard International in this regard. The Iraqi courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.
